| Raymond Carlsen, member of the board Since 2009, Raymond Carlsen is the Chief Executive Officer of Scatec Solar AS. He has held various top management positions within the Aker Group and former Kvaerner ASA since he joined the enterprise in 1989 as managing director for Kvaerner Process Systems. Prior to becoming a partner of Aker ASA, he was Executive Vice President and member of the Aker Solutions ASA Executive Management Team, as well as responsible for Aker Solutions Subsea business with operations in more than 15 countries, and more than USD 2 billion in revenue. |

| Ola Sætre, member of the board Ola Sætre is founding partner in HitecVision. He has nearly 25 years of experience from the petroleum industry, and is a co-founder of HitecVision and its predecessor Hitec. He was Executive Vice President at Hitec, and has previously held executive-level positions in corporate management, marketing, operations, manufacturing and project management. In these capacities Sætre was involved in numerous negotiations and has been responsible for the acquisition of licensed technologies. Sætre is a qualified engineer, and has an extensive industry network and a deep industry knowledge. |

| Arne Magnus Rise, member of the board Arne Magnus Rise is Investor Industry in HitecVision. He has been with HitecVision since 2008. He was formerly a Senior Associate Director of Arkwright, where he worked since 2000, working primarily with Energy Services, Process, and Private Equity industries. He has experience in strategy, commercial due diligence, corporate finance, performance improvement, and restructuring. Rise holds an M.Sc. degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He has also studied Philosophy and Law at The University of Bergen. |

Bast is politically engaged and is county leader and member of the national board of the political party Venstre. He is also commercial representative for Vestfold University College. |

He has been with Grenland Offshore /Grenland Group since 1991. Magne Oksholen has previously been both deputy and employee representative on the board. |
