Grenland Group has since 1989 assisted Dresser-Rand in assemblying gas turbine driven compressors and generators.

In 1993, the production moved from Brevik to Dresser Rand's workshop in Drammen. 

In 2004, a partner contract was signed, stipulating Grenland Group to be Dresser-Rand's main supplier of mechanical services. The objective was to improve competitiveness by reducing overall costs and improve delivered quality. This is achieved by focusing on the supply of competent and professional personnel, and by having an open communication with our client regarding quality improvement processes and cost reduction potentials. Long term relations are emphasized.

Drammen facilities:
The workshops are heated, and they handle white steel. No black steel work is executed.
