Porsgrunn
Grenland Group has several locations in Porsgrunn. The machining site has a long tradition in steering and manual machining performed in regular steel to superduplex steel. Grenland Group's electrical & automation company is also situated in Porsgrunn.
The Porsgrunn machining site is located directly to quay with crane, serving both the workshop and the quay. This offers great possibilities in machining for large structures to offshore installations. The programming of the machines is executed by the operators, contributing to a high flexibility at the workshop. To undertake full deliveries, the site also consists of a separate welding shop and certified welders.
At Hærøya Næringspark, a location with long traditions within the Norwegian process industry, Grenland Group's electrical & automation company is situated. The premises consist of an office building and a workshop located close by. The company supplies the group with a full range of products and services within the electrical & automation discipline.
