	Mette H. Henriksen Sandefjord Designer/CAD Operator 13 years at Grenland Group – I make models of pipes and equipment in a 3D model where new elements are to be integrated into existing constructions. Mette Henriksen enjoys working with projects and the challenges each new project brings along.

	Kenneth Normann Grenland Industri Welder Seven years at Grenland Group – I appreciate varied tasks, a pleasant atmosphere and the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors, says Kenneth Normann, who started as an apprentice in 2003 and obtained his craft certificate as welder in 2005. What's more, Kenneth took third place in the Norwegian National Championships in welding in 2006! He underlines that Grenland Group is a good place to learn the profession and to achieve personal development.

	Jan Anton Sannes Sandefjord Structural Discipline Lead for the COSL projects Four years at Grenland Group – My job is to allocate tasks to the CAD team as well as to the estimation team in Sandefjord. In addition, I carry out different design tasks and stress calculations related to global rig analysis. Jan Anton enjoys working in Grenland Group because of all the opportunities he is given, as well as the company's international profile.

	Jan-Erik Totland Sandefjord Senior Project Manager, Marine Solutions 14 years at Grenland Group – As project manager with responsibility for product-related services, my days are never the same. I develop offers and prepare basic calculations, says Jan-Erik Totland. He thinks it is particularly exciting to work internationally with suppliers, customers and engineering services on three different continents.

	Jørn Reiulfsen Røra Pipefitter Twelve years at Grenland Group – My ordinary job is to measure frames, to install, measure and cut pipes and join them to make everything ready for welding. This requires that I am careful and that I meet the scheduled delivery times, says Jørn Reiulfsen, adding that he is very happy with his colleagues and the company's team spirit and working environment.

	Frank Sakariassen Langesund Welder and apprentice instructor, deputy union head Six years at Grenland Group – I like it here at Grenland Group and in Langesund. We have a pleasant and multicultural working environment, and the relationship between union and management is good, says Frank Sakariassen, who is proud that the company is leading on the global market.

	Birla Saravanan Sandefjord CAD Administrator Employed since 2007 – My job comprises project setup, administration & RDB customization of engineering softwares, such as PDS and Smartplant. I enjoy working in Grenland Group because of the positive work environment and the training opportunities. The company provides excellent growth and development possibilities, and offers a workplace where respect for all employees is important, regardless of race and religion. 	Arve Grønseth Sandefjord Welding Engineer 24 years at Grenland Group – What's great about our work place is that we smile when we get here and smile when we go home. We have excellent teamwork, where it is important to make use of each individual's expertise. In my opinion, we have team spirit, loyalty and a good working environment here, says Arve Grønseth.

	Mette Johannessen Sandefjord IT Coordinator 13 years at Grenland Group – My job is to specify, develop and follow up shared systems and platforms for the projects. In the Oseberg project, for example, we fulfilled a specific requirement of getting the web portal operative 45 days after the signing of the contract, Mette says, obviously proud. Among the many things Mette appreciates at Grenland Group, she particularly wants to emphasize the focus on integration of people and systems.
