The COSL contract is a breakthrough for our business in China and confirms that our engineering competence and long experience of executing large projects is in high demand.

Grenland Group will contribute with its experienced engineers in an integrated project team together with COSL Drilling Semi AS and Yantai Raffles- the yard where the semi submersible rig “COSLPioneer” bound for BPs Skarv field is under construction.

Marine & Drilling performs detailed design including engineering of drilling-, and well intervention systems for oil companies, shipowners, yards and technology companies.

Marine & Drilling is also a complete EPCI supplier. We have a large multidiscipline staff that together has a vast experience with all aspects of drilling and well intervention projects.

Grenland Group has delivered both standard and tailor-made solutions for FPSOs, semisubmersibles, platforms and oil tankers.

We have also developed totally new solutions as loading vessels (HiLoad), larger single-lift vessels for the North Sea, and self-designed semisubmersible units.
