Good results from Grenland Group
In the second quarter of 2009, Grenland Group generated revenues of NOK 438 million and an EBITDA of NOK 25.8 million. The EBITDA margin was 5.9 % in the quarter, compared to 4.7 % in the second quarter of 2008.

Solid results from Grenland Group
In the first quarter of 2009, Grenland Group achieved revenues of NOK 393.5 million and an EBITDA of NOK 22.4 million, which is about on the same level as the first quarter last year. The EBITDA margin in the first quarter was 5.7 %, compared to 5.6 % in the first quarter of 2008.

Massive subsea structure installations

Best quarterly and annual profits ever recorded
For the year 2008, Grenland Group achieved an EBITDA of NOK 110 million, an increase of 93.6 percent from NOK 56 million in 2007. In the fourth quarter, EBITDA was NOK 34 million, versus NOK -6.7 million in the fourth quarter of 2007.

Record results in the third quarter
Grenland Group achieved an operating profit before depreciation of NOK 31.3 million in the third quarter 2008, an increase of 11 percent compared to the same period in 2007. For the first nine months, operating profit before depreciation increased by 20 percent to NOK 76.0 million.

Record gross operating revenue in the second quarter
Gross operating revenue in the second quarter 2008 rose by 54 per cent compared with the same quarter in 2007, and exceeded for the first time ever NOK 500 million. In addition, Grenland Group posted a 23 per cent rise in operating profit compared with the same quarter in 2007, delivering an EBITDA for the quarter of NOK 22.1 million.

Successful delivery of Epcon produced water cleaning skid
Grenland Group delivered yesterday successfully a produced water cleaning skid to M-I SWACO for use on the Kristin platform in the Norwegian sea. Solid improvements in 1Q 2008 result
Grenland Group had operating revenues of NOK 425 million in the first quarter of 2008, compared with NOK 384 million in the same period last year. This represents a growth of almost 11 per cent. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization (EBITDA) for the first quarter came to NOK 22.6 million, compared with NOK 17.6 million for the first three months of 2007. This represents an increase of 28 per cent.

Grenland Group has signed a letter of intent with FMC Technologies’s (NYSE: FTI) subsidiary in Kongsberg for the fabrication, assembly and testing of subsea structures that will be part of FMC Technologies’s delivery for Total’s Pazflor Project, located in Block 17 deepwater offshore Angola. The contract has a value of approximately NOK 160 million in revenue to Grenland Group.
