Grenland Group ASA has on December 15th purchased 10,000 own shares at an average price of NOK 9.00 per share.
After this, Grenland Group ASA with its subsidiaries hold a total of 11,904 own shares, equivalent to 0.04% of the total number of shares outstanding.
The share purchase is made according to the authorization to acquire own shares given by the ordinary general assembly dated 10th of June 2008.
